Book Review (BR) - Red Rising Series

As I prepare to curl up with a good book on this cold and snowy January day, I want to let you know why I am so excited about what I am about to read. Iron Gold (4) is the next installment in the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown, the first book in what will be a 6 book saga. Goodreads gives the following description
Darrow is a Red, a member of the lowest caste in the color-coded society of the future. Like his fellow Reds, he works all day, believing that he and his people are making the surface of Mars livable for future generations.
Yet he spends his life willingly, knowing that his blood and sweat will one day result in a better world for his children.

I love the original trilogy and am astronomically excited about this next installment. Red Rising is a series that you must read. It may be my favorite series of all time 😮. I'm not sure though as I really love the Lord of the Rings. The Red Rising series is available at your local library in book and audiobook form. You can also download it to your Kindle.
